Crypto T.E. is a manual traffic exchange platform where users can earn credits by viewing other members’ websites and redeem those credits to promote their own websites.

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes. Submit only websites or content that you own or have the legal right to promote. Avoid submitting content that is offensive, illegal, misleading, or harmful, including but not limited to pornography, malware, phishing sites, or hate speech. 

• Not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate the Service or artificially inflate credits. 

4. Credits and Payments 

Earning Credits: Credits are earned by actively viewing other members’ websites as part of the manual traffic exchange process. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be sold or transferred outside the platform unless explicitly permitted by Crypto T.E. 

Purchasing Credits: You may have the option to purchase credits using cryptocurrency or other payment methods offered by Crypto T.E. All sales are final, and refunds are not provided unless required by law. 

Crypto Transactions: If cryptocurrency payments are involved, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of wallet addresses and transaction details. Crypto T.E. is not liable for losses due to user error. 

5. Intellectual Property 

Ownership: Crypto T.E. retains all rights to the platform, including its design, code, and branding. 

User Content: By submitting content (e.g., websites, banners, or other advertisements) to Crypto T.E., you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of the traffic exchange process. You represent that you have the right to grant this license. 

6. Prohibited Activities 

You agree not to: 

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Service. 

• Use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code. 

• Engage in fraudulent activity, such as, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to exploit the system. 

• Violate the rights of other users or third parties. 

7. Termination 

Crypto T.E. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in activity that harms the Service or its users. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and any unused credits, or currency amounts may be forfeited. 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties 

Crypto T.E. is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crypto T.E., its affiliates, and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You may not promote Crypto T.E. in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Crypto T.E. in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Crypto T.E. account and possible legal action. 

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Crypto T.E.. 

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Crypto T.E. is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues. 

URL Rules 

Before submitting a URL to Crypto T.E., please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Crypto T.E. account may also be deleted. 

*No sites with illegal activity. 

*No frame-breaking sites. 

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware. 

*No adult content. 

*URL rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these Terms. 

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs".

*No PTP sites.
